Direct debiting no longer available as payment method (14.05.2014)

Unfortunately, the payment option of direct debiting will not be offered any longer, starting from February. This payment method is not accepted by banks anymore, since their changeover to SEPA took place in the beginning of February. Therefore, we needed to do some changes in several shop accounts of our customers, concerning the payment method (previously announced by personal mail in late 2013). If you have questions to possible changes that were made in your account, please contact our customer support by phone or email. Thank you for understanding.
