DHL Changes: Return postage fee for undeliverable orders (28.06.2013)

Starting from 07 July 2013, DHL will charge 4 Euro as a "General return postage fee" for every undeliverable package "as long as the undeliverableness is not represented by DHL" (even for undeliverable addresses or the non-collection of parcels from the post office). As from now on (13/07/01) we will therefore need to charge you this DHL fee, if your parces cannot be delivered. For this reasons we strongly recommend you to check the most necessary receiver data very carefully, before you send a dropshipping order.
