CSV für oxid eshop Community Edition 4.5.4_39463

Hallo ... ich bin hier blutiger Anfänger und benötige dringend einen CSV-Zugang ...
Mir wurde nun gesagt, dass ich CSV-Dateien im Format 'CSV für Exel' benötige mit dem Namen oxarticles ???
Alles schön und gut ... aber welche Schnittstelle brauche ich denn jetzt ???
