No matching items found - WooCommerce API

Hi,
I get a strange message from csv4you. The only thing I can see is No matching items found for my WooCommerce API integration. I try to get product amount updated 3 times per day. This seems to have started around 20/12 - 2019. I have an active filter for about 160 products but it doesent seem to help to change in Filter section.

Hello Joakim,

In the settings of the export profile you have selected that only products already listed should be transferred. Our system recognizes the listed products by the fact that they are available under 'Listings-> Other-> WooCommerce'.
However, this overview is empty. Use the 'Load data from store' button to load a product overview from your shop into our system. You can also automate this task via cronjob.
